When should I contact HMRC instead of Taxley?
Contact HMRC for matters only HMRC can answer: payments, deadlines, penalties, your Unique Taxpayer Reference (UTR) or your Government Gateway login. Use HMRC's Corporation Tax helpline or your HMRC online account. Taxley is a software provider, so we can't access your HMRC account or act on your behalf.
Not happy with our service? Email us first. If we can't resolve a data-protection concern, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
