Only when you choose to file. Preparing and previewing your whole return — the CT600, computation and iXBRL accounts — is free. The one-off fee is taken via Stripe at the point you submit; there is no subscription.

One fee covers the CT600 return, the Corporation Tax computation, and the FRS 105 or FRS 102 §1A iXBRL accounts, filed to HMRC. Companies House accounts filing is included when it launches (currently in final testing) — you'll get a prompt to file there at no extra cost once it's live.

No. Taxley is pay-as-you-file — you pay once per return, only when you file. Nothing recurring.

No. Companies House accounts filing will be bundled into the Micro and Small plan price when it launches — one fee will file to both. For now, you file to HMRC and we'll prompt you to file to Companies House at no extra cost once the service is ready.

The dormant plan files a nil CT600 plus dormant micro accounts for a single low fee — it skips the profit and loss step entirely.
